The ECS Group
The ECS Group is a social enterprise provider based in Southwark, South London offering a number of services to start-ups, small businesses, community groups, faith groups and organisations in the South London area.
After a number of issues with their existing web design providers The ECS Group invited Saints at Play to discuss working on rebuilding their website.
Within the space of 1/2 a day we were contracted to not only rebuild their website but also to provide additional work, where needed, for their clients. Developing from this meeting we proposed a number of measures to enhance their online presence including:
- Integration of structured keyword/phrases into the page text for search engine rankings
- Implementation of analytics software for website statistics
- Database integration for speed/ease of updating content
- Structured code for SEO purposes
- Focusing on accessibility
- Segmenting the website into clearly defined modules to effectively showcase business operations
The site took approximately 4 weeks from start to finish, designed to be compatible with all major browsers across both Windows and Mac platforms, and has been well received by The ECS Group’s clients and partner organisations such as Business Link.
Outcomes & Results
After only a few weeks online the website was ranking high on the first page of Google for various search terms such as ECS Group South London, ECS Enterprise and ECS Coalition to name but a few.
Furthermore, Saints at Play has been retained by The ECS Group to manage their website on an on-going basis and become the exclusive contractor for all website services their clients may require too!
